First, the Salty Sea ornaments were designed in 2014 as part of the Sculptlings original ornament collection. After the ornament was made, the Story of Scotty was made. Additionally, the next series of the turtle figurines will be the actual character of Scotty the Sea Turtle. And the prototypes will be discontinued. When you purchase a Sculptlings Salty Sea ornament you are getting a Sculptlings original. The original Sculptling ornaments were the 1st of the Sculptlings collection.
