What Products Can Be Returned?
Damaged Products During Shipping
Products that have been damaged during shipping can be returned within 30 days from purchase date.
You can receive a full refund or a product replacement. Contact us right away at 954-274-4354 to discuss your return options.
What Products Can Not Be Returned?
Handmade Products
Sculptlings Jewelry is handmade. If your handmade item is damaged during shipment, we will replace it. Some character charms are made to order and, in this case, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the product to be remade and shipped. In order for the item to be approved for replacement, we will need the product receipt along with a picture of the product and a picture of the box in which it came in.

Each Sculptlings Ornament is carefully handcrafted and one of a kind.
Sculptlings are made with love so please handle with care. Every part of the ornament is made out of colored clay. If your ornament breaks, we cannot provide a refund. But if your handmade item is damaged during shipment, we will replace it.

Unwanted Books are not refundable.
We cannot resell the books if they are worn or damaged. But if your book is damaged during shipment, we will replace it. We will need the product receipt along with a picture of the product and a picture of the box in which it came, in order for the book to be approved for replacement.
